SuperSport apologises for the poor advertisement break that disrupted coverage of the finish of the Giro d’Italia on Sunday.
SuperSport sets high broadcasting standards and this cutaway was unacceptable by these standards.
SuperSport has reviewed the circumstances that led to this unfortunate episode. It was human error, rather than technical, and as a consequence disciplinary action will be taken. – SuperSport
