Next year’s Bestmed Jock Cycle Classique will be an official premier seeding event for the Cape Argus Pick n Pay Momentum Cycle Tour.
The Cape Town Cycle Tour Trust has announced this and stated that both the two and three-stage options will act as official seeding events.
This means that riders who are aiming for a solid start time in the Cycle Tour have a good chance to improve their seeding when they line up in next year’s Jock.
This announcement coincides with an early bird entry offer which states that riders who enter for next year’s event before August 31, will get their entry at the discounted rate of R520 (a saving of R200).
This offer will expire on August 31 and only paid-up entries by this date will be considered as confirmed early bird entries.
Next year’s edition of this event will feature a stunning new stage one route from Nelspruit to White River.
