Dylan Girdlestone from Bonitas claimed victory at the Engen Cycle in the City that took place in Cape Town on Saturday.
Lights by Linea’s Paul van Zweel got a small gap near the end which was the perfect opportunity for Girdlestone to be launched on the attack, eventually passing the Lights by Linea rider and charging on solo.
Girdlestone took the win with Reynard Butler from Abantu in second and HB Kruger, also from Bonitas, in third place.
