James Oosthuizen, Jarrod Hattingh and Ryan Gibbons were the winners of the second stage of the 2015 Pennypinchers Junior Road Cycle Tour in Mbombela today.
The U/16 boys completed an 53km route and both the Juniors and U/23 men a 100km route.
