Riders participating in the 2015 Emperors Palace Classic are requested to park inside the Emperors Palace complex and report to the starting pens 15 minutes ahead of their allocated starting time.
Riders therefore need to ensure that they afford themselves enough time to park and make their way to the starting pens which are located 1km from Emperors Palace in Jones Road.
