Watch Sir Bradley Wiggins attack Alex Dowsett’s hour record via live streaming on YouTube on Sunday evening.
Wiggins, who is part of the self-titled Team WIGGINS squad, will go all out to smash Dowsett’s record of 52.937km, which was set in May.
The former Team Sky rider, who holds two Olympic gold medals in the individual pursuit, has the ultimate goal of beating childhood hero Chris Boardman’s record of 56.375km, should conditions allow.
“Seeing Chris Boardman take on the hour record as a kid inspired me to get on my bike and I want to do the same for the next generation,” he said.
Viewers worldwide can watch Wiggins’s attempt via live streaming or on Sky Sports 2 on Sunday evening.
