The Belgian rider also moves into 13th position in the overall individual classification after today’s stage.
Team MTN-Qhubeka are currently fifth in the overall team classification after stage 19.
Astana Pro Team’s Vincenzo Nibali won the 138km stage today, with Team Sky’s Chris Froome still leading in the yellow jersey.
