Two 2016 Absa Cape Epic stages will be broadcast live while rider tracking is in place for the full eight days.
Both the prologue and the final stage will be shown live on SuperSport 6 while tracking of all 600 teams will be active throughout the event on Cape Epic.
Live viewing times on SuperSport are from 9.30am to 2pm today and from 9.45am to 1.30pm on Sunday, March 20.
