Steve Cummings, who won the seventh stage of this year’s Tour de France, has been included in Team Dimension Data’s team for tomorrow’s fourth RideLondon Classic road race.
“RideLondon is always an interesting and unpredictable race,” said Brammeier.
“We are here at the start with a well-rounded team and motivated to put on a good show.”
A large portion of the 200km course – the same one used for the 2012 London Olympic Games road race – takes in the narrow roads of the Surrey countryside.
Apart from the many undulations on the course, riders will face climbs such as Leith Hill, Ranmore (three times) and Box Hill.
The latter comes a mere 50km before the finish at The Mall.
