Online entries for the Bruintjieshoogte MTB Challenge and Trail Run, taking place on September 24 and 25, will close at midnight.
Late entries will be available at registration on Saturday and Sunday morning at an additional fee of R50 per entrant.
The mountain bike component consists of 65km, 35km and 10km distances, while the trail run will cover distances of 21km, 10km and 3km.
The trails cover some spectacular routes, including sections of purpose-built single-track with panoramic views over the town of Somerset East.
