Public entries for the Liberty Winelands Encounter, taking place from April 21 to 23, will open on Friday.
The three-stage race covers the historical Western Cape towns of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Wellington.
The entry fee is R8 000 per team of two riders, which includes breakfast and lunch.
Entrants will be able to book dinners for Friday and Saturday online at an additional cost of R300 per dinner.
A sleeping bag option has been added at R500 per person for two nights.
Registration is on April 20 at the Lanzerac Hotel in Stellenbosch from 2pm to 7pm.
There is also a late registration option from 6am to 7.30am on April 21 at the start venue, the Maties Cricket Club.
