Entries for the Stellenbosch Cycle Tour, taking place on December 4, will open on Wednesday.
The 97km race is a premier seeding event for the Cape Town Cycle Tour.
The route will take cyclists up Helshoogte Pass towards Franschhoek, exiting on the R301.
Riders will then take a right before the R301 and N1, crossing into Lustigan Road.
Once entering Wellington, cyclists will turn left into Champaigne Steet before heading to the rolling hills of the R44 and back to the finish in Stellenbosch.
