Philip Buys and Matthys Beukes won the second stage of the Berg and Bush Descent at Em’seni Camp, between Winterton and Ladysmith in Kwa-Zulu Natal, today.

The Pyga-Euro Steel pair completed the 60km route in 2:08:11 ahead of stage one’s winning team Nico Bell and Gawie Combrinck (NAD Pro MTB Team). Third on the day were LCC Absolute Motion’s Wessel Botha and Henry Liebenberg.
The Valencia Ladies, Amy McDougall and Samantha Sanders, had another strong day when they won the women’s race ahead of dormakaba’s Vera Adrian and Candice Lill. They were followed by Carmen Buchacher and Michelle Vorster of Velocity Sports Lab Pro.
