O’Neill beat Jayde Davies and Till Streichert in 2:28:58.
Jodie Kearns led the women’s race home in 3:08:47 ahead of Belinda Mcloughlin and Anthea Fowler.
The 40km men’s race was won by Tristan Keeley in 1:50:01. He was followed by Ivan Smith and Gavin Horn.
Tanielle Hermanson topped the podium for the women in 2:00:18, with Jade Skinner and Tracy Reynolds in second and third respectively.
Stephan van der Walt sealed the victory in the 20km men’s race in 47:06. Ruan Greeff finished second with Ruben Schoeman in third.
Samantha Erasmus won the women’s race in 58:09) to beat Este van der Merwe and Elizma Schoeman.
