Land Rover will extend their sponsorship as Cape Epic vehicle and route partner for a further three years.
Both brands represent the toughest and most premium of their kinds, so it has been a natural fit since 2015.
“This is an incredibly exciting time for Land Rover as we look ahead to the next three years,” said marketing director Lisa Mallett.

“The competitors share a passion for off-road adventure and embody the spirit of going Above and Beyond, while our Land Rovers enable the organisers to scout for new challenging routes that participants look forward to conquering each year.”
Their technical terrain section has also become an important part of the event and covers some of the most iconic parts of each stage.
Land Rover will have a contingent of iconic athletes taking part, which include Gary Kirsten, Butch James, Carlos Spencer, Clinton Mackintosh, Mike Nixon and Letshego Zulu.
“Simply finishing this gruelling race is an accomplishment – we look forward to supporting the team this year and the next three years,” said sponsorship manager Tina Pienaar-Smith.
