Nico Bell and Gawie Combrinck claimed another stage win on day seven of the joBerg2c, which finished at Mackenzie Club today.
The NAD Pro riders crossed the finish line, after 82km, in a time of 2:53:09. They were followed home by Insect Science’s Alan Gordon and Timothy Hammond, who finished in 2:58:31. Old Mutual Insure- Northcliff Cycles’ Alex Pavlov and Jaco Cronje completed the podium in 3:05:25.

Team Summit’s Darren and Candice Lill were first over the line in the mixed team category. They finished the course in 3:05:24. The dormakaba Mixed team’s Amy McDougall and Arno du Toit placed second in 3:15:38, with Surgeons for Little Lives-Mitas’ Johan Labuschagne and Catherine Williamson in third after 3:16:37.
Matthys Beukes claimed victory in the solo men race after 2:53:10. Second place went to David Cooke, who finished in 3:07:49, while Tobias Flath finished third in 3:15:31.
