Sunweb’s Michael Matthews won the time-trial on the prologue stage of the Tour de Romandie in Fribourg yesterday.
He finished the 4km ride in a time of 0:05:33. BMC Racing Team’s Tom Bohli finished in second place, while LottoNL-Jumbo’s Primoz Roglic took third.

Fourth place went to Bohli’s teammate Rohan Dennis and Lotto Soudal’s Victor Campenaerts took fifth.
Matthew also leads overall, with Bohli and Roglic in second and third respectively. Dennis and Campenaerts are placed fourth and fifth overall.
