Hendre Knoetze rode to victory at the Sondela Bela Bela MTB Challenge in Bela-Bela, Limpopo, today.

Knoetze beat Brendan Havenga (1:36:07) and Gert Janse van Rensburg (1:39:05) when he finished the 45km men’s event in 1:35:33.
Monique Lanz won the women’s title in 1:59:24 ahead of Lona Liebenberg (1:59:29) and Alma Bester (2:01:17).
Shaun Wolfaardt (45:03) claimed the honours in the 20km men’s race. He was followed home by Tiaan Oosthuizen (47:23) and Damian Havenga (48:02).
The women’s victory went to Marika Knoetze (56:50) with Alta Smit (58:34) and Tatum White (1:00:00) in second and third respectively.
