Ryan Ellis and Bernard Saulombu won the third and final stage and with it the overall title of the 1Zambia MTB race, when it concluded at the Lower Zambezi today.
The pair completed the 110km queen stage in 4:53:44, beating Rory Mackie and Niel Parsons into second. Winston Taylor and Rob Burrell rounded out the podium.

Laura Brown and Ruth Puffet won the women’s race in 9:05:08 and with it the race title. Alessia Alvesini and Tara Collett came home in second.
Sarah and Kevin Wild won the mixed category, both in the final stage and overall. Tim and Lauren Hammond finished second, with Sarah Ashworth and Donald Burton rounding out the podium.
