Eritreans Amanuel Ghebreigzabhier and Mekseb Debesay and Australian Lachlan Morton complete the team.
There will be opportunities to attack daily in the five-stage race, the reason the team opted for strong punchers.
The team will therefore be targeting top stage results at the tour, they said in a statement.
“I’m super excited to get racing again for the team and hopefully get back on track to the amazing first half of the year,” O’Connor said.
“The tour certainly allows for some aggressive and punchy racing, so I think we can expect plenty of movement from the guys.”
He felt Gibbons had a good shot of getting top results at the race. “I think Ryan could really take a few chances this week.
“Once we then get to the very hilly days, Amanuel, Lachlan and I certainly won’t be hiding or shying away from rolling the dice.”
