Julian Alaphilippe claimed victory on stage 10 of the Tour de France that took place from Annecy to Le Grand-Bornand today.
The Quick-Step Floors rider crossed the line after 158.5km in a time of 4:25:27. Bahrain-Merida’s Ion Izagirre claimed second place, with Direct Energie’s Rein Taaramäe completing the podium.

BMC’s Greg van Avermaet extended his overall lead. Team Sky’s Geraint Thomas is second, with Movistar’s Alejandro Valverde in third.
