South Africa’s Rickardo Broxham finished 23rd in the individual pursuit of the UCI Junior World Track Championships in Switzerland this weekend.
Broxham finished with 90 points. Russia’s Lev Gonov won with 750 points, with Britain’s Ethan Vernon and Russi’s Gleb Syritsa completing the podium.

South Africa’s Courtney Smith came 16th in the women’s points race. The race was won by Italy’s Silvia Zanarbi with 750 points. Australia’s Sarah Gigante and Belgium’s Shari Bossuyt completed the podium.
