The BCX rider beat teammate Chris Jooste and Orion Craique in the 121km first event of stage three when he finished in 2:03:12.
Office Guru’s Dylan Girdlestone leads the general classification in 8:40:31 with NAD’s Matt Beers (8:40:31) in second and Gawie Combrinck (0:35) in third.
The second part of the third stage consists of a 20km individual time-trial. Results for the individual time-trial can be viewed here.
