Hendre Terblanche won the men’s elite race of the third Madibaz MTB XCO Series event in George on Sunday.
Terblanche completed the six-lap race in 1:20:14, beating Daniel du Toit and Rohan Swanepoel into second and third respectively.

Jean-Marie Roelofse won the women’s under-23 category in 1:06:04, finishing ahead of Britney Wilmans.
Ian Jantjies (1:21:23) won the men’s U23 race, beating Reinhardt Scholtz into second.
