The Christian Magimel rider completed the 132km route in a time of 3:07:32.

He beat Union Velocipedique de Limoges’ Alexandre Caudoux and Cycliste Azureen’s Issiaka Cisse into second and third respectively.
Fourth place went to St Michel-Auber’s Yoann Paillot, while Van Niekerk’s teammate Florian Villette claimed fifth.
