The Magoeba results & GC: Buys, Du Toit clinch race title

Philip Buys and Pieter du Toit won the third and final stage and with it the overall title of The Magoeba, which finished at Ebenezer Dam near Tzaneen today.

The PYGA Euro Steel edged NAD Pro’s Wessel Botha and Nico Bell by a mere second. Botha was the first to finish overall, but Bell finished behind the winning pair.

Insect Science Pro’s Alan Gordon and Timothy Hammond completed the podium another three minutes later.

Dormakaba’s Amy McDougall and Samantha Sanders took the women’s team title after winning their third staight stage today.

Lynx Real Estate’s Dirk Nel and Ronel Nel claimed victory in the mixed teams category on the third stage, with Petrolium Group Mixed’s Janine Muller and Heinro Malan, provisionally, taking the race title.
