Van den Heever completed the race in 1:57:25, beating Robin Harris and Jaco Davel to the line.

Hattingh won the women’s race in 2:12:08, beating Yvonne Stevens by half of a minute. Renate Gallagher completed the podium.
Stefan Marais (1:34:22) and McKenzie Pedro (1:35:41) won the respective men’s and women’s 54km race.
