Travis Stedman and Andrew Hill won the 48km second and final stage of the Berg and Bush ‘Two-Day’ mountain-bike event in Em’seni today.
The first stage yesterday was cancelled due to harsh weather conditions. TIB/Steel & Pipes’ Stedman and Hill won the deciding second stage in 1:40:26, beating Team Scubapro’s Rhys Couzyn and Brian Wright into second by almost 14 minutes. Steel Daai Pyp’s Warren Moolman and Werner Moolman, a father and son, rounded out the podium.

Waterberg Bush Babies’ Alan van Coller and Emma van Coller finished second overall and won the mixed category in 1:52:51, while The Beaver Beaters’ Theresa Couzyn and Natalie Bergstrom came out on top in the women’s team race in 2:16:31.
