Barry Crouch and Zanri Rossouw won the respective men’s and women’s 90km feature race of the ‘Sponsor a Guide Dog’ Spring Challenge road race in Cullinan, Gauteng, today.
Crouch completed the race in 2:18:04, beating Jackie van Eeden by almost a minute. Hanekom du Toit closely followed in third.

Rossouw soloed to victory in the women’s race in 2:36:06, beating Ilze Bole by seven seconds. Ilze Bole rounded out the podium another seven seconds later.
Mauritz Scheepers (1:38:32) and Carly Patton (1:53:46) won the respective men’s and women’s 60km race.
