Hendricks, who rides for Bike Aid, completed the six-stage event in 23:54:11.
Russia’s Dmitry Sokolov claimed the tour’s title when he finished in 23:48:46 ahead of Eritrean Meron Abraham (23:51:26) and Lithuanian Venantas Lasinis (23:52:14).
