Bruce Campbell won the 50km men’s event at the Zuurbron MTB race in Zuurbron, Eastern Cape, last week.
He completed the race in a time of 2:00:58. Second place went to Justin Fraenkel, with Pieter-Jan Pretorius in third.

Fanie Ferreira won the 20km men’s race in 48:43, beating Deuzl du Plessis and Ruaan Geldenshuys into second and third respectively.
Heather Ashington won the women’s version in 2:37:37.
