The NAD Pro rider completed the 42km race against the clock in 0:56:09 to beat teammate Matt Beers (0:56:38) and Katusha-Alpecin’s Willie Smit (0:58:57).
Beers leads the overall standings in 3:13:38. He is followed by Bell (3:14:50) and Smit (3:15:41).
