Daryl Impey defended his crown in the SA national road champs individual time-trial title in Pretoria today.
The Mitchelton-Scott rider completed the 52km course in 57:46, finishing over a minute faster than DiData’s Stefan de Bod in second. Louis Meintjes rounded out the podium.

Byron Munton claimed the U23 ITT title, completing the 26km route in 32:38, beating Gregory de Vink by just over a minute. Andries Nigrini finished third.
