Justin van der Linde and Albertus Jooste won this year’s TransCapeMTB Encounter when the seven-day race concluded in Franschhoek today.
The duo also took the final stage win after tackling the 70km route that started in Grabouw.

Dirk Haentzschel and Mario Hakim Abu-Id placed second on the final stage, with Stuart Cathcart and Damien Ingram third.
Udo Mueller defended his solo men’s title after winning every stage this week.
