Wade Theunissen came second, followed by Jean Smith.
Charlene du Preez won the women’s event ahead of Claudia Gnudi and Victoria Bester.
The elite men’s scratch race was won by Joshua van Wyk. Nolan Hoffman took second with Gert Fouche in third.
Maroesjka Matthee took first place in the women’s event, beating Courtney Smith and Ilse Bole.
