Mitchelton-Scott won the 21.5km team time-trial on the opening stage of the Tirreno-Adriatico in San Benedetto del Tronto, Italy, today.
The team completed the course in 22:25, edging Jumbo-Visma by seven seconds. Team Sunweb completed the podium.
