Mark Greyling claimed victory in the solo men’s event on stage one of the Cradle Traverse Two-Day Experience in Muldersdrift, Gauteng, today.
He (2:20:34) crossed the finish of the 46km stage ahead of Michael Westlake (3:03:47) and Mario Greyling (3:11:55).
Madeleine Stumpf won the women’s race in 3:18:57.

The men’s team race was won by Declan Nel and Shane Wessels in 4:08:16.
Monique Nel and Karike Human (3:50:35) finished first in the women’s team event.
Johan and Natasha van Tonder (3:56:41) took the mixed honours ahead of Jackey and Willie Theron (4:29:43).
