Slovenian Primoz Roglic won stage one of the Tour de Romandie in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, today.
The Jumbo-Visma rider claimed a winning time of 4:15:18 after finishing the 168.4km route, which started in Neuchâtel.
Second place went to David Gaudu (Groupama-FDJ), with Rui Costa (UAE Team Emirates) third.
Roglic also tops the overall standings, with Costa second and Gaudu third.
“It’s nice to win the sprint because I’ve lost quite a lot in the sprint, it’s a nice feeling that I’ve finally won,” said Roglic.
