Filippo Colombo won the U23 men’s cross country race at the UCI MTB World Cup in Albstadt, Germany, today.
The Swiss completed the seven-lap course in 1:17:42, beating Romanian Vlad Dascalu and Frenchman Antoine Philipp to the victory.
Wessel Botha, who came 64th in 1:24:45, was the highest placed South African while Keagan Bontekoning (1:29:23) came 107th.
