Christo Carelsen secured the men’s title at the Ngwenya Glass Mountain Bike Challenge in Ngwenya, Swaziland, yesterday.
Alain Slabbert finished the 70km race in second, followed by Dewald Lotter.
Kristien Velding won the women’s race ahead of Lesley Foss.
The 42km men’s event was won by Gcina Banda. He was followed home by Gert Peens and Mduduzi Zwane.
Linda Loffler claimed the women’s victory, beating Sinead Wanneburg and Lucinda Bride to the finish.
