Colombian Nairo Quintana claimed a solo victory on stage 18 of the Tour de France in Valloire today.
The Movistar rider won in 5:34:15, with Romain Bardet (AG2R La Mondiale) finishing second, 1:35 down. Third place went to Alexey Lutsenko (Astana).
Lennard Kämna (Team Sunweb) placed fourth, with Damiano Caruso (Bahrain-Merida) completing the top five.
Julian Alaphilippe (Deceuninck-Quick-Step) kept the yellow jersey, with Egan Bernal (Team Ineos), who was fifth overall, moving into second.
Bernal’s teammate and defending champion Geraint Thomas (Team Ineos) dropped down to third.
