Ryan Cortjens won stage three of the Tour du Valromey in Massignieu de Rives, France, yesterday.
He claimed a winning time of 14:00 in the 9.9km individual time-trial, with Georg Steinhauser second and Reuben Thompson third.
Louis Coqueret and Oliver Rees placed fourth and fifth respectively.
South African Damon Fouchee finished 74th on the day and 71st overall.
