Magoeba Trek stage three results & GC

Philip Buys and Pieter du Toit won the men’s team competition after the third and final stage of the Magoeba Trek concluded just outside Haenertsburg, Limpopo, today.

The pair completed the event more than 20 minutes ahead of Marc Fourie and Rossouw Bekker. Third and one minute later were Alan Gordon and CP van Wyk followed.

Samantha Sanders and Amy McDougall claimed the victory in the women’s race. Mari du Toit and Heila Meintjes took second while Lee Ziervogel and Michelle Zulch followed in third.

Yolandi du Toit and Ben Melt Swanepoel topped the mixed category to beat Rory Button and Sarah Hill. Third place went to Heinro Malan and Janine Muller.
