Pavel Sivakov won the Tour de Pologne after stage seven in Bukowina Tatrzańska, Poland, yesterday.
The Russian beat Australian Jai Hindley by two seconds and Italian Diego Ulissi by 12 seconds to secure the overall victory.

The 132.5km stage from Bukovina Resort was won by Slovenian Matej Mohoric. He finished 55 second ahead of American Neilson Powless, while Italian Gianluca Brambilla followed 12 seconds later.
