South African Alan Hatherly won the men’s E-MTB cross-country race at the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships in Mont-Sainte-Anne, Canada, yesterday.
Hatherly completed the race in 1:04:53, with Frenchman Jerome Gilloux finishing one minute and 10 seconds later. Fellow countryman Julien Absalon placed third.
Fourth place went to American Charlie Mullins, while Czech Jaroslav Kulhavy completed the top five.
