Cycling South Africa has announced the national team who will compete at this year’s Africa Cup in Port Elizabeth from October 10 to 13.
The elite and U23 men who have been selected include Thulasizwe Mxenge, Alexander Worsdale, Eddie van Heerden, Byron Munton, Marc Pritzen and Louis Visser.
Ashleigh Moolman Pasio, Joanna van de Winkel, Tiffany Keep and Azulde Britz are the elite and U23 women in the squad.
The UCI-graded road tour consists of a road race, criterium, individual time-trial and mixed relay.
