All the action from both the elite men’s and women’s events, which cover 109km and 78km respectively, will be broadcast via the live stream on In the Bunch from 6am until 3pm.
The route will take riders around the Cape Peninsula, which includes the featured ascents of Smitswinkel, Chapman’s Peak and Suikerbossie.
Last year’s winners were Sam Gaze and Cherise Willeit, with Willeit back to defend her title this year.
