South Africa’s Alan Hatherly and Danish teammate Simon Andreassen placed second overall in the Cyprus Sunshine Epic at Mantra tou Kampiou today.

The four-stage event was won by Ondrej Cink and Bartlomiej Wawak. Florian Vogel and Christopher Blevins completed the podium.
Annika Langvad and Hayley Batten dominated throughout the event to take the overall win in the women’s team event. Second place went to Kate Courtney and Erin Huck, with Evie Richards and Emily Batty finishing third.
The final day consisted of a cross-country race (four laps of 6.1km each), which was won by Vogel and Blevins. Langvad and Batten claimed victory in the women’s category.
