Dana Coetzee and Bernice van Wyk claimed victory in the men’s and women’s 40km event at the Lydenburg Heritage MTB Race in Mpumalanga today.
Coetzee finished with a time of 1:58:54, followed by Jurgens Spaumer in second and Estohan Swanepoel in third.
Sanet Coetzee finished 20 minutes behind van Wyk, followed by Anleo Viljoen.
Niel Stubbe was the men’s winner in the 17km race while Johane Swanepoel was the women’s winner.
