Brandon Downs and Frans Claes set the second and third fastest times of the day.
Travis Stedman was the junior men’s winner ahead of Bizaye Redae and Dian Janjetich.
Marie de Kock claimed her second stage victory of the event. Parys Edwards finished second and Lucy James third.
Venter and de Kock are the men’s and women’s overall leaders heading stage three.
